I recommend you to spray it to scalp directly and thoroughly. (please use a comb or fingers to remove your hair so that our product can be applied easily.. :D)

6 or 7 pumps will be enough for your entire scalp.

And if you are an oily scalp type person, please use it after wash your hair and dry it softly with a towel.

Then it will feel more light and comfortable.

(If you are a dry scalp type person, it is better to use it on dry scalp.)

And also 2 times a day (1 time in the morning and the other in the evening) will be enough. :D
